Welcome. I am a marriage and family therapist who specializes in assisting those in different stages of life transition. Transitions often involve major life changes such as marriage or divorce, the addition or launching of children and changes in the scope and responsibility of our careers. Transitions are also a part of everyday life and can be a catalyst to propel us to obtain our goals and dreams.

I invite you to learn more about my focus areas here.

Often my clients come to me having already attempted one or more strategies for advancing their personal or professional lives. They have the motivation and the desire for change, but find it difficult to initiate action and feel stuck or directionless. Whether the communication patterns within your marriage or relationship are not working as well as they might, or improving your personal life or career seems overwhelming, I am here to help.

I invite you to learn more here or contact me to set up an introductory consultation.
