About Marc
I coach and counsel you from a systems perspective, which means that I recognize that everyone is part of a larger system that includes work, family, community and culture. I believe that it is essential to consider the presence of these elements in all solutions we pursue. I further believe in addressing the needs of the “whole” person, so my approach considers your unique situation and tailors the path forward to you.
My belief in the power of individuals, organizations, couples and families to thrive within and create change comes from more than three decades of working with people and companies to make their goals a reality. I began my career in Information Technology, traveling the world modernizing airports for Delta Airlines. Once 9/11 hit and I saw the airline industry and the world reeling from the new normal, I knew I wanted to spend the rest of my career helping others successfully navigate change. I then went back to get my Masters and launched a private practice first in Seattle, WA and today in Boulder, CO. In both the technology industry and in my coaching and therapeutic practice, my success has been built on strong and authentic relationships. My common sense approach to your challenges focuses on resolution, rather than fault, and aligns your strengths with the achievement of your goals.
